Cancellation policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled reading.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally non-refundable.
If Tide & Thorn Tarot needs to cancel a reading for any reason, clients will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to the time and energy reserved for each appointment, completed readings are generally non-refundable.
